Michael I. Falcon assumed the role of chief executive officer of Jackson and its affiliated and subsidiary companies on January 1, 2019 and is responsible for guiding the vision and strategic direction of the company. 
Previously, Mr. Falcon served as chief executive officer of Asia Pacific for J.P. Morgan Asset Management. Based in Hong  Kong since 2014, he was responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Investment Management business in Asia. In addition, Mr. Falcon held the role of head of the Asia Pacific Funds Business.  
Before relocating to Hong Kong, Mr. Falcon was head of retirement for J.P. Morgan Asset Management. Prior to joining J.P.  Morgan in 2010, he served as a consultant and strategic advisor to companies in the retirement, equity awards, wealth management and asset management industries. Previously, Mr. Falcon was a senior executive in Merrill Lynch's Wealth  Management business and held financial and strategic management positions with Sara Lee Corporation. He began his career in commercial and investment banking at The Chase Manhattan Bank in 1985. 
Mr. Falcon serves on the Board of Directors for the American Council of Life Insurers (ACLI).
