SS&C Advent Announces Integrations With DPL's Fee-Only Insurance Platform
SS&C Advent is integrating with a fee-only insurance platform designed for fiduciary advisors.
Louisville-based DPL Financial Partners and Windsor, Conn.-based SS&C Technologies Holdings announced today the SS&C Advent Insurance Marketplace, which brings DPL’s fee-only insurance solutions onto SS&C Advent’s technology.
Through an agreement between the two firms, the Marketplace offers SS&C Advent clients access to annuities, life insurance, long-term care and disability insurance through DPL memberships, integrating DPL’s insurance technology with SS&C Advent’s advisory portfolio management and accounting software, including the Black Diamond Wealth Platform, Advent Axys and Advent APX.
The Marketplace is slated to launch in early 2021, according to the announcement.
Advisors using the SS&C Advent Platforms will be able to access insurance reporting using the Advent Custodial Data feed, which will allow them to provide clients a financial picture with full reconciliation of accounts, including position and transaction data, fee calculations and reporting.
Black Diamond users can incorporate policies into their planning conversations using the wealth management platform’s native capabilities or via more than 50 integration.
