Chip DeSimone joined DPL as the Director of Operations and Application Services to lead the operations team. He has a strong background in contact center and customer service management and most recently managed the order processing department for an international supplier of ethanol and specialty chemicals. Chip’s professional life began near Cleveland, Ohio in the telemarketing space and he has worked in several industries including collections, technical support and sales. Chip gets the most job satisfaction from leading teams to improved efficiency and exceeding expectations. Outside of work, Chip enjoys movies, making music and spending time with his family. Chip earned his B.A. in Communications from Baldwin-Wallace University in Berea, Ohio.
