Lauren has over 15 years of experience as a Human Resources professional serving as a strategic partner to business leaders cultivating a high performing, inclusive work environment by aligning HR initiatives with business objectives. Prior to joining DPL, Lauren worked as an Employee Relations Business Partner at Meta (formerly Facebook) where she executed on performance management strategies, leadership development and HR data analytics to drive business decisions. Lauren also operated as an Employee Relations Manager at Truist Financial, where she oversaw different client groups throughout her tenure, in mortgage, branch banking and call centers. Lauren’s passion for learning and development, collaboration and talent management has allowed her to be successful in building working relationships with both employees and leaders that fosters an engaged and positive workforce.
