Sam Johnson is expert in ways commission-free insurance can be used to deliver value to investors. Sam has more than seven years of experience working in the insurance industry, primarily focused on the RIA channel. His expertise includes sales, marketing and RIA technologies. Sam holds his Series 6 and 63, along with his Kentucky Life Insurance License. He earned an MBA from the University of Louisville and a bachelor’s degree from the University of South Carolina-Columbia.
Tim Rembowski is well-versed in how insurance can work for fee-based advisors. Tim is passionate about helping RIAs understand and leverage new commission-free insurance products as an investment asset for their clients. Before joining DPL Financial Partners, Tim worked in the RIA channel for four years distributing product for a national distributor. He holds his Series 6, Series 63 and Kentucky Life Insurance License. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Financial Economics and Spanish from Centre College in Danville, Kentucky.
Cody Williams prides himself on being a trusted, expert resource for fiduciaries. Cody has over six years of experience helping RIAs deliver the benefits of insurance to their clients through a holistic financial planning process. He holds his Series 7, 24 and 63, in addition to his Kentucky Life and Health Insurance Licenses. Cody earned an MBA from the University of Louisville and a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Kentucky.
Jonathan Barth brings a teacher’s sensibility to his work with RIAs, listening and providing guidance to help advisors utilize insurance in a variety of new ways. Jonathan combines extensive knowledge of commission-free insurance products with expertise in RIA practice management and technology. Prior to joining DPL Financial Partners, he spent three years with Jefferson National. Jonathan holds his Series 6 and 63, along with his Kentucky Life Insurance License. Marcus Ellingwood specializes in low-cost, commission-free insurance solutions for fee-only advisors and their clients. Marcus began his career at Aflac, then spent five years with Jefferson National distributing annuity products before joining DPL Financial Partners. He holds a Series 6 and 63, along with his Kentucky Life Insurance License. Marcus attended Purdue University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Financial Planning and Counseling.
Ross McGoodwin works tirelessly to share his knowledge of insurance products—how they're built, how they work—with RIAs, helping them find solutions that deliver greater value to their clients. Before joining DPL Financial Partners, Ross distributed insurance products for 3 years in the RIA channel. He holds his Series 6 and 63, along with his Kentucky Life Insurance License. Ross earned a bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Kentucky.
Nicole Benz specializes in analysis of complex variable annuities; she brings product and strategic insight to help RIAs leverage commission-free insurance solutions that fit their fiduciary business model. Nicole has more than six years of experience distributing annuities in the RIA and independent broker-dealer channels. A University of Kentucky graduate, Nicole holds her Series 6 and 63, in addition to her Kentucky and Texas Life Insurance Licenses.
Having started his career in the home-based healthcare industry, Joseph Condict has an acute appreciation for thoughtful insurance planning. As an insurance consultant, Joseph has worked alongside some of the largest RIAs on the East and West Coasts, providing strategic insight, product expertise and industry best practices to advisors seeking to deliver the benefits of commission-free insurance to their clients. Joseph is a University of Louisville graduate and holds his Series 6 and 63, in addition to his Kentucky and California Life Insurance Licenses.
Colleen Hastings is passionate about providing outstanding customer service in her work with RIAs. Colleen began her career as a Relationship Banker at JP Morgan Chase, where she supported both businesses and individuals to reach their investment goals. She also has experience in account management with a large national insurance distributor and a start-up software development firm. A University of Louisville graduate, Colleen holds her Series 6, Series 63 and Kentucky Life Insurance licenses.
With a long history of serving RIAs and their clients, Jeff Rancourt is well-equipped to help RIAs create opportunities to grow their practices and better serve their clients through DPL’s innovative insurance network. Before joining DPL, Jeff spent nearly 20 years with leading national insurance brands where, among other responsibilities, he helped RIAs navigate the complexities of annuities. Jeff holds his Series 6 and 63, Chartered Mutual Fund Counselor (CMFC) designation, along with his Life Insurance License.
Jason Mazur is passionate about providing expertise in commission-free solutions to fee-only advisors and their clients. For the past 18 years, he has served the RIA community, helping advisors navigate and understand the complexities of insurance products. Jason began his career at MassMutual, where he helped agents better understand life insurance and annuities. Jason holds his Series 6 and 63 in addition to his Connecticut Life InsuranceLicense.
