Mr. Santos founded Arrowroot Family Office in 2013. With over 20 years of investment experience, he heads the investment committees of Arrowroot Family Office and its affiliated investment partnerships.
Mr. Santos is also the co-founder of Arrowroot Partners, a broker dealer focused on mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to founding Arrowroot Family Office, LLC, he was a Director for Salem Partners Wealth Management, a multi-family office and investment bank in Los Angeles. Mr. Santos was part of the seven-member investment committee that managed the financial affairs for a broad spectrum of domestic and international clients. Mr. Santos joined Salem Partners after working at JP Morgan Securities, where he serviced public bodies, money management firms and public and private companies. Prior to JP Morgan, he was a Senior Analyst at Bear Stearns.
He currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Los Angeles Child Development Center. Mr. Santos is a graduate of the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) and holds the NASD Series 7, 24, 63, 66, and 79 licenses.
